Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
- Develop customized solutions presentations aligning with client pain points
- Manage full sales pipeline from discovery to contract negotiation
- Collaborate with marketing on campaign optimization and lead scoring
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets through strategic account planning
- Maintain 95%+ CRM data accuracy and activity documentation

Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech focus
- Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ annual sales quotas
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce and Outreach.io
- Exceptional consultative selling and objection handling skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Valid driver's license for occasional Georgia client meetings
