Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Present product solutions to potential clients via virtual demonstrations
- Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce, tracking all interactions and opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Document client interactions and sales activities in CRM system
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- 1+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasive presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Results-driven mindset with proven track record of meeting quotas
