Role Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through high-volume outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals. You will work directly with decision-makers to present our premium solutions.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone and email to generate new business leads.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture prospects to ensure they meet our ideal customer profile.
- Present compelling product demonstrations and handle inbound inquiries with professionalism.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals and meet monthly revenue quotas.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and account management teams to optimize conversion funnels.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or inside sales (new grads with internship experience will be considered).
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and overcome objections in a sales environment.
- Self-motivated individual with a strong desire for a commission-based income.
- Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Reliable home office setup and high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
