Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business leads within the local Detroit and Ohio market area.
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and manage customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to qualify for performance bonuses.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to strategize on territory coverage and market penetration.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high retention rates and repeat business.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel within Michigan and Ohio.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
