Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Present our SaaS solutions to C-level executives across North America
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets using Salesforce and HubSpot CRM
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies
- Attend weekly training sessions on negotiation techniques and product knowledge
- Track performance metrics and pipeline activity in real-time dashboards
- Participate in quarterly team-building and incentive trips
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Zero sales experience required – we train from scratch!
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Resilient mindset to handle rejection and maintain motivation
- Proficient with MS Office Suite and CRM software
- Authorized to work full-time in the United States
- Availability for flexible hours (including occasional evenings)
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings
