Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Conduct needs analysis calls to understand client requirements and present tailored energy solutions.
- Manage and maintain a high volume of leads in the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in inside sales or telesales.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
