Key Duties:
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals and account retention.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads, update records, and analyze performance metrics.
- Conduct product presentations and product demonstrations via web conferencing platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and campaign messaging.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects to ensure consistent revenue growth.
Requirements:
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasion.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
