Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through strategic cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Develop customized solutions presentations aligned with client business objectives
- Close 15-20 qualified opportunities monthly while maintaining 95% activity targets
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop long-term client partnerships
- Utilize Salesforce.com to track pipeline and maintain accurate CRM hygiene
- Participate in weekly sales training and product knowledge workshops
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of quota achievement
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce.com preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools
- Experience selling SaaS technology or enterprise software solutions
