Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our premium services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to account management.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular updates to management.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and encourage referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
