Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise accounts across Texas
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings (60% travel) to build long-term relationships
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling techniques
- Collaborate with product teams to identify new market opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline forecasting
- Lead complex contract negotiations and closing processes
- Mentor junior sales representatives on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience with SaaS/tech products
- Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ annual sales quotas
- Expertise in consultative selling and solution-based presentations
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce.com and sales analytics tools
- Ability to travel 4-5 days per week across Texas
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CSE) preferred
- Native-level English fluency with exceptional presentation skills
