Our night shift team plays a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience from late evening until closing. You will be the face of our brand during these hours, providing exceptional service and ensuring the store is ready for the next day's operations.
Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products to maximize sales performance.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS systems, ensuring all receipts and returns are handled correctly.
- Inventory Management: Conduct nightly stock counts, receive deliveries, and organize the sales floor to maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and safe. Ensure all security protocols are followed during the night shift.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and handle returns or exchanges professionally.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day shift team to ensure a smooth transition of store operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Schedule: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM), including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Reliability: Demonstrated dependability and a strong work ethic.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory calculations.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
