Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound channels for Sacramento and Pennsylvania markets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Exceed monthly sales targets with uncapped commission incentives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track pipelines and document interactions
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Fri-Sun) with weekday flexibility
Qualifications
- 1+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and persuasive skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in uncapped commission environments
- Weekend availability mandatory (Friday-Sunday 8AM-6PM)
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional client meetups)
