Responsibilities
- Initiate and close sales calls and face-to-face interactions with potential clients.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with a diverse customer base.
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions to drive revenue.
- Handle objections professionally and turn them into closing opportunities.
- Manage a high volume of leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Previous sales experience in a call center or retail environment is a plus.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with CRM software and computer systems.
