Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to qualified leads during night hours.
- Build rapport and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their goals.
- Close sales, secure contracts, and ensure accurate data entry into the CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly revenue quotas.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and speed.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work the night shift (e.g., 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM) with reliability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho).
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
