Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening hours, including product recommendations and checkout assistance
- Drive sales through upselling techniques and personalized product demonstrations
- Manage inventory, restock displays, and maintain impeccable store appearance during night shifts
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately while adhering to cash-handling protocols
- Collaborate with overnight teams to ensure seamless store operations and security
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation during evening hours
- Participate in evening inventory counts and stock reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience with night shift availability
- Proven track record in sales and achieving performance targets
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage customers in evening environments
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory management tools
- Ability to work independently during late-night hours while maintaining energy and focus
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required by retail schedule
