Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and engage with high-value B2B clients during evening/night hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly targets in assigned territories
- Present product solutions through compelling virtual and in-person demonstrations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent post-sale follow-up
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities and forecast revenue accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client escalations and ensure satisfaction
- Submit detailed weekly sales reports and pipeline updates to management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven outside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Ability to work independently during non-traditional hours with reliable transportation
- Expertise in consultative selling and complex negotiation techniques
- Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record for company vehicle usage
- Strong time management and organizational skills with ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
