Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new leads and manage a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to identify business opportunities.
- Present product demonstrations and handle objections to close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B inside sales or customer success.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for success and a competitive spirit.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
