Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Conduct professional product presentations and needs analysis to drive sales revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates and referrals.
- Track all client interactions and sales data accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelorās degree preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated drive to succeed with a hunger for a high earning potential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Valid driverās license and reliable transportation (for client meetings).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
