Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and digital channels
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs using CRM platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction metrics

Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret customer needs
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in a remote team environment
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 10% of the time
