Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through multi-channel prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- Present tailored solutions to prospects using consultative selling techniques
- Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce CRM and maintain accurate activity records
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed monthly sales targets through consistent follow-up and relationship building
- Conduct product demonstrations and overcome objections effectively

Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales or SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Flexibility to work 20-30 hours/week across US time zones
