- Prospect and Qualify Leads: Utilize CRM tools to identify and research potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Client Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective customers to present our products/services and address their specific needs.
- Closing Sales: Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and close deals to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities within our database.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and management teams to refine sales strategies and improve performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with sales software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus but not required.
- Reliability: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to ensure weekly productivity goals are met.
