Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM CST)
- Exceed monthly sales targets through consultative selling of SaaS solutions
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline analytics in Salesforce
- Collaborate with day-team for seamless client handoffs and account continuity
- Attend weekly virtual sales training and performance review sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently during night shift
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
