Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new leads and schedule meetings.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects using CRM software.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Provide exceptional follow-up service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
