Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls to qualified leads in the Texas market
- Build and maintain strong client relationships via phone, email, and CRM systems
- Present product solutions tailored to customer needs and overcome objections
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document all interactions in Salesforce CRM accurately
- Participate in weekly sales training and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inside sales or customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Highly motivated with proven ability to work independently
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Available 20-30 hours/week during business hours (9 AM-5 PM CT)
