Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts across Indianapolis metropolitan area
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking events, and territory mapping
- Present product solutions to clients and negotiate contracts to maximize revenue
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities and pipeline progress
- Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport in face-to-face settings
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory coverage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
