The Role
As an Inside Sales Rep, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals over the phone and email. We are looking for hunters, not farmers, to help scale our operations in the Northeast region.
Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via cold calling and email to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify and qualify leads to ensure a high conversion rate and efficient use of time.
- Present product demos and handle objections effectively to close deals.
- Manage the sales pipeline in our CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot) and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Conduct research on prospect companies to tailor sales pitches effectively.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales or B2B sales (startup experience preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in previous roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive tone.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with a hunger to succeed.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional team meetings.
