Responsibilities
- Initiate and conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective leads to qualify interest and book appointments.
- Present our products/services to potential clients, overcoming objections and identifying key decision-makers.
- Close deals and process sales orders efficiently within the established weekend operational hours.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and prospect data in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure a seamless customer experience from lead to close.
- Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through team training and self-study.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively during the weekend shift (e.g., Saturday and Sunday) without supervision.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined work ethic.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software (experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus).
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
