Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Qualify incoming and outbound leads to determine budget, authority, and need.
- Present our products/services to potential clients and overcome objections effectively.
- Utilize CRM software to accurately track activity and manage the sales pipeline.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve lead quality.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or lead generation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Willingness and ability to work the Night Shift schedule.
- Self-motivated mindset with a desire to earn uncapped commissions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
