Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Present tailored solutions to B2B clients across healthcare and technology sectors
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 95%+ client satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic account plans
- Document all interactions in Salesforce with 100% accuracy and timeliness
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine objection handling and closing techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven inside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
