Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and targeted canvassing.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to deliver dynamic product demonstrations.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively using CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Close deals and process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Attend weekly sales training and team huddles to refine strategies and share market insights.
- Track daily activities and report sales progress to the Regional Manager.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the Charlotte metro area.
