Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound leads to convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations via phone and video conferencing.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Update and maintain accurate customer data within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with upcoming campaigns.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management (1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field a plus.
