Responsibilities
- Proactive Prospecting: Utilize CRM tools and various channels to generate high-quality leads and initiate contact with potential clients.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and identify the best solutions for their business challenges.
- Presentation & Negotiation: Deliver compelling product presentations and confidently negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous sales experience is a plus, but we highly value attitude and aptitude over tenure. We provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of setting and achieving ambitious targets.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable learning new software and CRM systems quickly.
