Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close using Salesforce CRM
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets through strategic account management
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Conduct product demonstrations and handle client objections
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and reporting metrics
- Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales certifications
- Ability to work in hybrid environment (San Jose office)
- Results-driven with demonstrated quota achievement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales analytics tools
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings
