Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage a high volume of daily prospecting activities and schedule meetings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in outside sales or B2B sales (minimum 1-2 years).
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented with a hunter mentality.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
