Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage high-volume outbound cold calls and emails to qualified leads.
- Present product demos and value propositions to prospective clients via phone and video conference.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing the deal.
- Accurately record all customer interactions and data in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead quality and campaign strategies.
- Resolve customer inquiries and objections professionally to ensure high retention rates.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Customer Service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated, competitive nature, and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
