Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound leads via phone and email to qualify prospects and book qualified appointments for senior sales executives.
- CRM Maintenance: Accurately input data into our CRM system (Salesforce) to track customer interactions and pipeline progress.
- Client Communication: Deliver professional product presentations and handle inquiries to ensure a top-tier customer experience.
- Follow-Up: Execute targeted follow-up strategies to re-engage lost leads and nurture existing relationships.
- Market Research: Conduct basic market research to identify potential new business opportunities within the local Omaha area.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding call volume and lead conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Digital Literacy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability: Must be available to work a part-time schedule, typically 20-25 hours per week.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
