Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume cold calling and prospecting to generate new business leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through face-to-face meetings.
- Present product demonstrations and service offerings to potential customers in a professional setting.
- Attend networking events and trade shows to expand company visibility and brand recognition.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and outreach campaigns.
- Enter accurate data into the CRM system to track progress and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience required; we provide full training for the right candidates.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive attitude.
- Self-motivated with a 'hunter' mentality and a drive to hit and exceed monthly targets.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required for client meetings.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
