Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and networking.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies effectively.
- Presentation Skills: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and sales pitches to prospective clients.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and update client interactions in a timely manner.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive tone.
- Drive: Proven track record of self-motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings.
