Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop relationships with local businesses in Fort Worth and surrounding areas
- Present customized solutions to C-level decision-makers through face-to-face meetings
- Exceed quarterly sales targets by identifying new revenue opportunities
- Maintain accurate client data and sales activities in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Attend industry networking events to expand professional connections
- Submit weekly sales reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years outside sales experience with proven track record
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable vehicle for client visits
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
