Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to potential customers via cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn to generate new business leads.
- Present our premium products and services to a diverse range of clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities within our CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and customer success teams to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve sales techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software applications.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a "hunter" mentality toward closing deals.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if remote hybrid).
