Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales campaigns to generate qualified leads in SaaS and tech sectors
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations via Zoom/Teams
- Manage CRM pipeline and forecast sales activity using Salesforce
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets with consistent overachievement
- Develop deep product knowledge to position solutions against competitors
- Maintain 95%+ activity metrics in call volume and email engagement
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with SaaS/technology focus
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with consultative approach
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
