- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Utilize CRM software to track progress, analyze market trends, and optimize sales funnels.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of successful experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail management.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas consistently.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required for territory travel.
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
