Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Qualify inbound leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel using consultative selling techniques.
- Accurately record all interactions and pipeline activity in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and account management teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in ongoing product training and sales skill development workshops.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, or Customer Service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to earn a high Base + Bonus income.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for occasional team building or office meetings).
