Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales calls to qualified leads in Oklahoma and Texas markets
- Build rapport with prospects through consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with uncapped commission structure
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track leads and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with day-team to ensure seamless client handoffs
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience with verifiable track record
- Proven ability to work independently in remote/night shift environments
