Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by actively prospecting and acquiring new clients in the Oakland area and beyond.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clearly communicate value propositions to potential customers.
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline using our CRM system to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Close sales and negotiate contracts to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure high customer retention and satisfaction rates.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a commission-based environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region for client meetings.
