Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inbound/Outbound Calls: Engage with potential clients and qualify leads effectively during weekend shifts.
- Close Sales: Drive revenue by presenting product/service solutions and closing deals over the phone.
- CRM Management: Accurately log customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Customer Retention: Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Market Research: Identify new market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekend team and support staff to meet daily and weekly targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales or B2B Sales.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekend shifts (e.g., Saturday & Sunday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
- Technology: Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
