Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and strategic outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while presenting product solutions tailored to customer needs
- Exceed monthly sales targets by effectively navigating the sales cycle from prospect to close
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and optimize conversion rates
- Document all sales activities in Salesforce while maintaining accurate pipeline forecasting
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance coaching sessions
- Identify and report market trends and competitor intelligence to leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven inside sales experience with track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions simply
- Strong objection handling and closing techniques with consultative approach
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently in remote/hybrid settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings for client meetings
