Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Present and demonstrate our premium products/services to prospective clients, identifying their specific needs.
- Navigate complex sales cycles to close deals and secure new business partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature and onboarding.
- Accurately update and maintain CRM records with detailed client interactions.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet aggressive monthly sales quotas.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections with confidence.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
