Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify new business leads within the Fort Worth territory.
- Present product solutions and conduct compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts that drive revenue growth.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Track sales metrics and adjust strategies to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation for local travel.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus but not required.
