Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new commercial clients during evening hours (5 PM - 1 AM)
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies for Greater Boston area
- Present product demonstrations to business decision-makers in-person
- Close deals with average transaction values of $10K-$50K
- Maintain accurate CRM records and weekly sales pipeline reports
- Collaborate with day team for seamless client handoffs and follow-ups
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 95% client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years outside sales experience with proven track record
- Availability to work full-time night shift (Sun-Thurs 5 PM-1 AM)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close complex deals
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Experience selling B2B solutions or SaaS products
